Budget Advances

• 40% to confirm reservation
• Up to 50% off before December 31st
• 100% before February 15th

Note: If a registration is submitted at the end of the month and paid within 15 days, the date of submission of the registration form will be taken into account.

Hotels will require a security deposit, which will be refunded upon checkout after verifying that there is no damage. This deposit is typically around €20-€30.

Cancellation policy

Before February 15, 2026

20% budget penalty.

After February 15, 2026

No refund of the amount paid.

Reservations not fully paid by February 15, 2026, will be canceled. Room cancellations or player withdrawals made 20 days prior to the group's arrival will not be refunded.

In the event of a player withdrawing after this date, the organization will assess the reason for the withdrawal in order to proceed with the refund of all or part of the payment made.

Last day to register: February 15, 2026 or until the category is full.
