3.4 International Teams

The tournament organizers have the authority to review and approve the registrations of teams from countries with different player categorization criteria.

The importance of this rule lies in guaranteeing equity and competitiveness within the tournament, ensuring that all teams compete in the appropriate categories and under the same standards of their respective countries. This may include evaluating the age of the players, the level of the league in which they compete, or any other relevant criteria to properly classify each team.

4. CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA

4.1 1st Phase (League)

Draw between two teams

  1. Head-to-head result
  2. Overall goal difference
  3. Highest number of goals scored
  4. Fewer goals conceded
  5. Fair Play
  6. Draw

If the tie is between more than two teams, it will be resolved:

  1. For the best score that corresponds to each one based on the results obtained between them, as if the others had not participated.
  2. Due to the greatest difference in goals for and against, considering only the games played against each other by the tied clubs.
  3. Highest number of goals scored during the competition between the tied teams.
  4. Fewest goals conceded during the competition between tied teams.
  5. Due to the greatest goal difference for and against, taking into account all the matches in the championship.
  6. Highest number of goals scored taking into account all matches in the competition.
  7. Fewest goals conceded taking into account all games.
  8. Fair Play

If there is still a tie, it will be resolved by drawing lots.

In the event that in the particular group of ties between more than two teams two of those teams are tied on points, the rule of "tie between two teams" will be applied.

5. ELIMINATORIES

If the qualifying match ends in a tie, 3 penalties will be taken per team.

In the event of a tie, the shots will continue alternately until there is a winner. Any player registered on the scoresheet may take penalties, even if they are a substitute at the end of the match.

Each player may only take one penalty, and may not repeat a penalty under any circumstances, only until the entire team has taken at least one penalty each.

If all players have taken a penalty, any player may take another penalty until the shoot-out is decided.

During the penalty shootout, the players of each team will occupy the central circle, leaving the technical team and the substitutes on the bench and off the field of play.

6. SPECIAL SITUATIONS

In the event that a match once started must be suspended due to force majeure or for other reasons beyond the control of the organization, it will be terminated with the result at the time of suspension. If the match has not been held, it will be played as provided by the organization.

7. NO. PLAYERS AND SUBSTITUTES

Football 11

A team may have all of its players registered in the tournament in each match: MAXIMUM 25 PLAYERS.

The changes are unlimited. A substituted player may play again. Changes may be made without stopping the game and without consulting the referee, following the following procedure: The player who is going to be substituted will have to leave the field before his substitute enters and always through the substitutes' area.

Football 7

A team may have all of its players registered in the tournament in each match: MAXIMUM 18 PLAYERS.

8. DOCUMENTATION

Fifteen minutes before each match, representatives from each team must confirm player numbers with the field delegate. Only those registered through the official tournament program will be able to confirm digitally via the field delegate's device. The match sheets will be filled out with the list of players and coaches provided to the organizers by each team's representative prior to the tournament.

The person responsible for the tournament may request the federation tokens, DNI or passport of any player or coach he considers at any time. These documents must be originals.

The field delegate may request a random check of the chips of up to 3 players during the match or immediately after the match.

Once the match has finished, the person in charge of each team must sign the match report. Failure to sign the report will result in the loss of the right to make a claim.

If the "Player List" has been previously confirmed, the right to claim any player or jersey number errors will be lost.

At the end of the match, the coach or team manager must digitally sign the match report on the field delegate's device, thus confirming their agreement with the result of the match.

9. CLOTHING

All shirts will be provided with numbers and these must match the match report. In case of a coincidence of colors and none of the teams has a second kit of a different color, the team that appears as a visitor in the match must play with bibs provided by the organization. The bibs will always be on top of the numbered shirts.

10. PLAYING GROUNDS

They will be made of natural grass or artificial grass. The use of aluminum studs is prohibited, both on natural and artificial grass fields. We recommend the use of rubber cleats for both fields.

All cases of serious expulsion will be reported to the National Federation of the affected player's country.

In the case of a violent attitude on the part of the players assigned to the Royal Spanish Football Federation or Spanish Territorial Federations, these cases will be reported to them, providing names and surnames of those involved, these federations and their sanctioning bodies being the ones that could impose disciplinary sanctions.

Team delegates will be responsible for the attitude and behavior of their players towards referees, teammates, opponents, public, organization and materials of the sports facilities (changing rooms, benches, playing fields,)

Teams are responsible for the behavior of their fans. Misconduct by fans may result in the team's exclusion from the tournament.

The organization will inspect the locker rooms before and after each match with the delegates of each team to certify that they are used correctly. If any damage occurs, whether in the benches, locker rooms or playing field, the delegate, the team and the person who causes said damage or damage will be responsible for them.

13. PLAYER REGISTRATION

The list of players will be announced on the tournament's official website. To do so, team delegates will receive keys and passwords along with an email explaining how to manage the list.

Any changes that need to be made to the list of players 20 days before the tournament must be communicated to the Tournament Organization.

If the "List of Players" has not been previously submitted, the right to claim any player or number error will be lost.

The competition committee decides whether the claim is valid and the decision will be communicated via email.

The Organization will not accept protests derived from the arbitration action.
